Look out, it’s Twitter! One of the scariest places for a brand. It’s highly political, it’s highly critical, there live trolls galore, and advertisers are continuously tripping over themselves to stay relevant and, maybe worst of all, usually coming off just plain boring. Denny’s has luckily avoided many of the frightening pratfalls of Twitter, through consistently straying true to our tone.

In 2013 we had just over 40k followers, we developed an irreverent and off-the-beaten-path voice, and have stuck to it while evolving with the platforms physical and cultural growth. Four years later and we’re pushing half a mil in the follower department, ever-expanding, still engaging, and always original. It’s a jungle out there, but not if you know what you’re doing.
